Wien Energie Tanke 2.0 app for iPhone and iPad

The Wien Energie Tanke app 2.0 provides full control when charging your e-car as well as many advantages and improved features:
- Detailed overview: Displays available and occupied Wien Energie and partner charging stations. The navigation function provides you with the fastest route to the charging station.
- Optimised filter functions: Search for and filter charging stations by adapter type, power output, address, operator, availability and many other options.
- Store frequently used charging stations as favourites for rapid access.

Log in to the app to see a full overview:
- Start the charging process via the app at all Wien Energie charging stations (city group)
- Push messages at the start and end of every charging process at Wien Energie’s charging stations.
- Access and track the current live status of a charging process.
- Practical overview of charging history: Previous charging instances, including the tariff, costs and many other details, can be viewed at any time.

New app & new password:
Are you already a Wien Energie Tanke app customer?
1. Open the app: Select ‘Login” and then ‘Login data forgotten’.
2. Enter your username: You can find your username on your Wien Energie Tanke charging card or on your bill. It consists of a combination of letters and digits starting with AT-VIE.
3. Open the email from Wien Energie: You can now define a new password. Register and start charging immediately.

Are you a new Wien Energie Tanke customer?
1. Select a Wien Energie Tanke tariff (link: https://www.wienenergie.at/privat/produkte/e-mobilitaet/unterwegs-laden/tanke-tarife/).
2. Complete the ordering process. Wien Energie will then send you your charging card via post and your app access data via email.
3. Download the new app and login using the password sent. Off we go! You can of course select a new password the first time you log in.
